SERVPRO of N. Atlanta is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Murfreesboro, TN

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and delivering high-quality results. If you have a strong background in construction management and are skilled in project coordination, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software such as
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status
- Prepare and submit progress reports, budget estimates, and cost tracking documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and track expenses throughout the construction process

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Dash and Docusketch
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Solid understanding of project coordination and scheduling techniques
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
